Lorene Leung is a 2012 graduate from Cornell University with high honors in Biology and Society. She completed her undergraduate honors thesis on age differences in magnitude and habituation of skin conductance during emotional face processing, particularly looking at the positivity effect in the elderly. Lorene’s current research interests include the neurobiology of affective disorders, and the use of functional neuroimaging to study common neural substrates and circuits underlying neuropsychiatric diseases.
